Well, the birthday celebrating is (finally) behind our family. Callen had a wonderful party (first weekend in November) and it was full of people that love him and he is crazy about. One of the highlights of the entire weekend/party was my best friend coming all the way from Tulsa to celebrate Callen's birthday. Coleman (the bestie) was such a great help and I really don't know if I would have had everything completed without his help! My mom was major help too, she was busy chasing Callen, simply because Callen would not let 'Ra' out of his sight. I have not uploaded any pictures from the party yet...I will get around to it soon and post them! My house is just now back to normal, so I am a little slow! Thank you to everyone that came and celebrated with us. It was so nice having so many people that adore Callen in one room! He is loved and so are we!
I can't believe Thanksgiving is one week away. I am not prepared at all! It seems like the months of November and December are going to be rat races for our family. I know it will be this way for the majority of families. This weekend we are off to OKC for an engagement party for a friend and then we will celebrate Thanksgiving with too much food. I am hoping to do Black Friday shopping (seriously doubt this happens). And then Jason and I are off to Minnesota the week after Thanksgiving for a wedding. Then you begin with the Christmas business. Which I am all about. Plus, Jason has started basketball, so several nights a week are dedicated to that. Before you know it, we will be bringing in 2013.
