And it burns, burns, burns....

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend.  Our family had a great weekend filled with all kinds of goodies and a few hiccups.

Jason was off work on Friday, so it was nice to have the family together for a long weekend.  Callen got lots of playing done and lots of cow checking done over the weekend.  Some of his favorite people (Cody and Grady) taught him how to ramp things in his 4-wheeler, so he had a great time ramping his toys and other things.

Callen loved hunting eggs, but quickly got bored with the hunting and walked off to see what the other kids were up to.  The Easter Bunny visited our house sometime Sunday morning and brought Callen a new book, stickers, candy (Nerds), and new ZooTalkers animals for his zoo.

We had Easter dinner at our house with some wonderful friends.  The Blosser family (including Tanner), Corey/Kathy and boys Frantz family, John Creason and the new pastor in town and his wife came for good food and wonderful conversation.  So nice to have such wonderful friends in our home.

Our Easter was wonderful and so blessed that we can celebrate such a wonderful holiday!

On another note...Callen burnt his foot Saturday night.  Jason was smoking pork loin for Sunday and Callen burnt the bottom of his foot on the foil.  We quickly went to the ER and got pain reliever and meds to put on the burn.  It is blistered and painful, but he is making it!  Little tender footed, but not slowing him too much.  We went to the doctor this morning and he said to continue what we are doing and keep his burn medicated and wrapped for at least 10 days.

I will post Easter pics soon!
