Did you hear that?!?

Well, if you hear a loud YAY, YAY, YAY, today that was ME...don't worry!  Testing is officially over for the spring 2012 school year!  WOOHOO!  This is wonderful news not only for me, but for Callen and of course teachers at the school.  It was a crazy testing month and I am so glad that stress is behind me.  It was like a a huge weight went right off my shoulders as soon as I taped up that last box today.  And now I get to stay at home 24/7 and do the thing I love the most....spend my days with C-Baby.

Callen is back and better than ever.  We have been playing nonstop since he came home from May-May and Pa-Paw (new name).  He had a wonderful time with them and I know they enjoyed each other.  They played hard every second of the day and every time I talked to Mom he was doing great.  So blessed to have such wonderful parents.

Since Callen returned we have been working on his ABC's.  He has about half of it down and is doing a pretty good job at tackling the letters (more like the sounds they make).  His favorite is H.  He puts his hand in front of his mouth and goes "Huh" to hear and feel the H.  It is cute and fun to watch him learn.

My boy is 18 months now...it is hard to believe.  He is growing and changing each and every day.  This week I will write his 18 month letter.  Lots has changed in his world over the past month or so.  I am loving this stage of his life and I love seeing him think things out and figure out things on his own.

His new favorite since returning from the grandparents is to call out Mom-Ma (really loud) all the time.  He is always happy when saying it and it just brings a smile to my face...most the time (there are times that it is because he wants something and it can get a little old, but still cute!)
