Our family lost a member today. Our beloved Black Lab went to play fetch with The Big Guy (so I am saying). She was older, close to 13 or so. She was such a funny dog and could play fetch all day long. She was always there to greet you or be right in your face. She has a special place in our lives and it is a sad day in our home.
Callen loved Beee-ar (so he called her). He loved to take her toy and have her chase him and he loved to give her kisses. Sadly, I do not have any pictures on our new computer to share our wonderful dog with all of you. However, if you ever met Bear, you know how great of a dog she was.
In her early days she was a great hunting dog and her puppies were impressive hunting dogs. I have heard that they were high in demand. She was just our pet, our Bear. We will miss her and her hours of fetch.
