Saturday I took Callen to Guymon to see Finding Nemo 3-D. I was a little nervous about taking him because I really did not know how he would handle sitting in a movie theatre for 2 hours and the fact that things would somewhat jump out at him while watching. When we arrived at the movies, we got our glasses and Callen quickly put them on and walked through the theatre wearing them. We stopped and got some popcorn, pop and candy and then headed to our movie. I have to brag....Callen was the best kid in the theatre. He sat through the entire movie and watched every second of it. All around us people were having to get up and take their kids out because they were getting antsy. I was so proud of Callen. He loved the "ish" (fish) and did great!
Next weekend we are taking Callen to 'A Day Out with Thomas'. He is pretty excited about seeing Thomas and getting to ride on Thomas. It should be a fun day filled with Thomas and Friends goodness.
Callen takes his 2 year birthday pictures next week. Can't wait to see that sweet face in pictures! Hope he is better than last year for his pictures.
