Prayer Warriors

My family is asking for prayers for a sweet lady very near and dear to our hearts.  Mrs. Beebe is a 92 year old lady from my hometown, that is more like a grandmother or family member to me than a family friend.  She is one of the reasons I became an English teacher (she is a retired English teacher). And she is one of the smartest, most witty, and a wonderful Christian lady.

Last week she fell in her garage and while all was okay for the time, later she started having tremendous back pain and bleeding in the gastrula area.  While they got all that handle and were preparing her for skilled nursing for two weeks, they then found out that she has pneumonia.  While pneumonia is bad with anyone, it is extremely bad for a 92 year old person.  Her breathing is extremely labored and she told the doctors that is she just tired and not to do anything to extend her life.

Knowing Mrs. Beebe, she is already up walking the halls and her attitude has changed to fighting.  She is extremely strong willed and a fighter like no one I have ever seen.

If you prayer warriors would not mind throwing up a prayer or several prayers for Mrs. Beebe my heart would be truly blessed.  She is a wonderful lady.  And while I know she is 92 and had an amazing, amazing life, she really could use some prayers.  And while I am trying to not make my prayers selfish in wanting to keep her here on Earth, I just don't want her in pain.

Thanks for the prayers.  God is in control.  And Mrs. Beebe has always said..."Well, I will either wake up, or see Jesus." So, I am keeping that thought in mind as I pray for her.
