Well...Christmas is officially over and another year is coming to a close. It is amazing what all can change in a year. Jason and I were talking the other day and we both said if someone would have told us last year that we would have baby toys all over our house this year we would have laughed at them. Funny what happens in a year. I wouldn't change a thing about 2010 though.
Speaking of toys...Callen had a great first Christmas! He celebrated hard and slept just as hard. He got all kinds of noisy toys with bright lights...now it is just time to find a place for all of these toys. I don't understand how a baby can be so small, but the toys that they make for babies are so big. Oh, well..we will find a place for them. If you come to our house please excuse the mess and just step over the toys. Or just sit on the floor with C and enjoy the music and light show!
Callen got to meet several people over the Christmas holiday. We are so blessed with wonderful friends and family that just love Callen so much. Callen loves all of his aunts and uncles and cousins! I never thought my friends and I would sit around and be so excited/happy to play and talk to a baby...things have changed since college. Coleman tried really hard to teach Callen how to fist pump while he was here...we are still working on getting it down. :) And Callen loved Drew's beard...guess it is time for one of us to grow one. I think Jason would have better luck than me. I am so thankful that Jason and I have friends that would drive 6 hours (Coleman/Becca) and 15 hours (Drew) just to meet our kid. We are truly blessed!
I have not uploaded pictures from Christmas yet onto the computer...I will post some piks of C's celebration later.
