Doctor's Report

We went to the doctor today for Callen's one year checkup and shots.

He is currently 22 lbs and 30 1/2 inches. They measured him standing up this time instead of laying down...so it is much more accurate on his length. He is right where he needs to be. In the 50% in both areas. He is healthy, happy, and loved...that is all that really matters. We are now nursing our sore legs from those nasty shots. He got seven all together. 3 in on leg and 2 in the other leg. He did excellent getting his shots...only cried during his shots because they were holding him down. Once we picked him up he went right back to sucking on his sucker. So, he took em like a champ. He is currently running a slight fever and a little fussy. I gave him some pain reliever and it wired him...so he is a crazy man that cries out some. Praying the shots don't bother him badly and that he can rest peacefully and be a happy boy.

So, in one year we went from 9.1 lbs to 22 lbs and 21 in. to 30 1/2 in. He is doing great!
